Travel info - International airports in Japan

In Japan there are 4 main international airports and most of the international flights arrive at one of these airports. Your arrival and departure airport might be indicated in your ticket or itinerary with an airport 3 letter code such as "NRT".

1) Narita (NRT) : Tokyo Area

2) Haneda (HND) : Tokyo Area

3) Kansai (KIX) : Osaka Area

4) Chubu (NGO) : Nagoya Area

Access from/to the airports:

1) NRT: Narita airport

From/to Narita airport, I usually use the train called Skyliner (Keisei Line) or a bus called Tokyo shuttle (Keisei Bus) as they are the cheapest options for each mode of transport. If you look for a comfort and fast transportation, you'd better use Skyliner. If you want to save money, you can use Tokyo shuttle. (But Tokyo shuttle is comfortable and fast enough for me and I use this bus most of the time!)
